Director, screenwriter and producer from Romania. As a screenwriter, he won Best Short in the 2008 HBO TIFF scriptwriting competition with THE HUMAN TORCH which premiered in 2013. Bogdan wrote a script for “Opinci” directed by Anton Groves which won the Young Audience Award in Clermont Ferrand Festival. His short fiction THE CHRISTMAS GIFT is an award winner of 50 awards and 7 nominations including Grand Prix of 12th Wiz-Art Festival and is Best Short Film Award at the European Film Academy Film Awards in 2019.
At the beginning of 1991, after the Romanian Revolution, an old barber meets by chance his former torturer who came in for a shave. Quickly, the parts are inverted though the client refuses to acknowledge that he has been recognized.
